THE Ahmadiyya Muslim Students Association (AMSAG) of Kasoa, in the Central Region has donated clothings and some food items including bags of rice, sugar and canned fish worth GH¢700 to the Bawjiase Orphanage, also in the Central Region.

ImageTHE past week, I am afraid, had nothing but bad news for our nation Ghana. The press, the radio and TV stations, in short, the whole media landscape was strewn with news about the revival of violence in Yendi, the 1-0 defeat of Hearts of Oak at Obuasi by Orlando Pirates of South Africa, the 4-0 white-washing of Kumasi Asante Kotoko by Al-Ahly, and to crown it all, the start of load-shedding by VRA and ECG throughout Ghana. If you wanted bad news, then you could hardly ask for more!
